Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

 

At The Hair Fanatic Studio, your appointment time is reserved just for you! Every slot is planned with care and preparation — because of that, all payments and deposits are non-refundable.

 

 

Deposits

 

 

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Deposits go toward your final service total.

• Need to reschedule? No problem — just do so at least 48 hours in advance, and your deposit can be transferred one time to a new date.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will forfeit the deposit.

 

 

 

Service Concerns

 

 

Your satisfaction means everything! If you have any issues with your style, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment. I’ll gladly make minor adjustments if needed — no refunds are issued once a service has been completed.

 

 

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

 

 

• No-shows will lose their deposit and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

• Please arrive on time — there’s a 10-minute grace period before your appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited.
